"Women!" - NoHo Gallery LA is proud to announce its 5th annual art show dedicated to Women's History Month. The show opens with a free open public reception on Saturday March 24th from 7pm - 11pm and runs until May 27th.
On Reception night Sat Mar 24th, Australian singer/songwriter, gilli moon (http://www.gillimoon.com), will perform original songs, featuring inspiring spoken word artist, J.Walker (http://www.rhymecology.com).
gilli moon is also one of the painters exhibiting her 'usually kept from public eye' art. So this will be a rare occasion to hear gilli moon's music and see her art as well.
Other visual artists on exhibition include: Melissa Leslie, Margaret Malandruccolo, Debra Dobkin, Jenna Harju, Jamie Klenk, Bonnie Lambert, Jessica Ostrander, Rachel Weissberger, Regina Wyatt, Nami Yang and More...
Also featured will be over a dozen historic images relating to women's issues such as: Our Founding Religious Patriarch fathers burning women at the stake juxtaposed by Darrly Issa's Congressional Committee of all religious male patriarchs testifying about invading women's reproductive rights.
The art show runs from March 24th thru May 27th. Don’t miss Gilli’s performance on the opening night, Sat 24th.
